Wild were approached by British Land to develop a new concept that would allow them to elevate the visitor experience for potential tenants, while also staying true to their sustainable values and being able to be reused elsewhere in the future.
Inspired by the modern nature of the area styles, Wild developed a toolkit of parts which were then rolled out across their Broadgate estate. This consisted of an adjustable mounting system, with reusable boards, recyclable prints, custom tables and controllable content on screens.
We then curated each space to ensure that the toolkit supported the on floor marketing teams, while ensuring they only emphasised the fantastic spaces.
The end result was that every floor with the toolkit sold faster than those without, leading to us rolling the kit further across the estate.
